1944-47 | Student at Odense Technical College |
1947-51 | Studied architecture at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen |
1950-52 | Employment in the office of the famous Danish architect and designer Arne Jacobsen |
1953-55 | Several lengthy trips through Europe |
1955 | Established design office in Binningen, Switzerland Since then, his various design started such as architecture, interiors, mass production furniture |
1963 | Move to Basel |
1970 | Design of “Visiona 2” exhibition in conjunction with Cologne Furniture Fair |
1998 | Awarded “The Knight's Cross of the Dannebrog” from the Queen of Denmark for his lifetime merit Died at the age of 72 on 5 September in Copenhagen |
